Unfortunately I can't on Tuesdays.

I will arrange with some friend for the delega.

Hi Pasquale,

Thank you for your availability!

I apologize for the late response, we have been discussing this matter
internally in the mean time. Wouldn't i be possible for you come for an
hour? We could rearrange the program to make sure that this topic gets
discussed first so you can leave early. New members are encouraged to be
present at the General Assembly.

I would like to add two additional points here:

* Members can be voted onto the board, even if they are not physically
present. This has been done in the past.
* Your vote (on any topic) is only valid if it is a written "delega"
signed by you and given to someone who is present at the meeting.

Concerning video conferencing: we need to ask the General Assembly if
this is possible and it will need to be voted on by the members present.
If the vote passes, someone present could make a video call to you in
case.

P.S

I am hoping to send out the program to members before the end of the
day!

Kind Regards,
