[Announce] status.lugbz.org

[LugBZ_SysAdmins]

Dear LugBZ services users,

we are happy to announce that https://status.lugbz.org is now online. It
consists of a Cachet instance interacting with the (remote) Zabbix
server that monitors constantly our infrastructure. Check out there if
you run into any issue. Also scheduled maintenance will be announced there.
