Chris Mair at first Java Developer Meeting

Hi LUGBZ friends,

hereby I would like to inform you about a new series of meetings, which
will take place *every first working **Thursday of the month*. The
series is organized by a collaboration between the following
organizations: Fraunhofer Italia, IDM, JUGTAAS, UNIBZ

These are meetings dedicated to Java Developers, who want to get
together in an informal atmosphere and discuss about technologies for
developers.

The evening will start with an *introduction to a topic* to which an
*open discussion round* will follow.

The first meeting is scheduled for *Thursday June 7th at the NOIsteri**a
in the NOI Techpark*.

For organizational reasons we ask for a *free registration*:

Hi Patrick,

Sorry to hijack the thread, but have/you ever considered abandoning eventbrite? I saw this software listed on f-droid: pretix – Reinventing ticket sales for conferences, festivals, exhibitions, ...

It should allow you to do the scheduling and ticketing online, and has an android app for scanning the tickets (this is the part I saw on f-droid). All the parts should be free software, according to the documentation.
