FSFE contributed a sharepic tool for SFScon

Hi LUGBZ,

knowing that many of you will participate to the SFScon[1], I wanted to
let you know about a tool FSFE has contributed to the SFScon a tool
called sharepic[2]:

https://sharepic.fsfe.org/#sfscon

You can use the tool to create an Image to use as your profile header
images or share on channels.
